
This just in. A study in the Journal of the American Journal of Cardiology shows that excessive TV doubles the risk of heart disease. Before you file that under the "no sh*t, Sherlock" file, there is some more info that you may find enlightening. Digging deeper shows that sitting really may be the issue. TV, in itself, isn't the devil. It is the act of sitting at work all day and then sitting in front of the TV, computer, XBOX at night that may be the issue as well. I have to admit that I am as guilty of this as well. Damn you hell, Journal of the American Journal of Cardiology!!!
